Thought Bite: Inner Dialogue

According to the great teacher and sage Swami Rama, having an inner dialogue with your mind is one of the most important yoga practices.

For example, you can ask your mind, "What's wrong with my meditation?" and have an inner dialogue about this question.

Doing this not only leads to better meditation, but it also helps connect with our own intelligence and intuition.
