A workshop with Linda Billau
Saturday, July 9, 2016, 1:00 – 4:00 PM
Yoga nidra is a popular though often misunderstood practice. It is learning to consciously enter deep, dreamless sleep while remaining aware both inwardly and also of your surroundings.
Yoga nidra allows both body and mind a revitalizing respite more profound than sleep and also begins to prepare the mind for samadhi. This workshop will provide a simple intellectual framework and move rapidly to subtle-body relaxation to open the mind for yoga nidra. This technique is so powerful and refined that participants may experience yoga nidra itself.
Where: The Rancho Meditation Sanctuary in Encino, California (directions will be provided upon registering)
Time: 1:00 to 4:00 PM
Cost: $40.00 per person by July 1; $50:00 after July 1
